Ferraro Shop is Ferraro Foods’ e-commerce platform designed to give customers a faster, more convenient way to browse products and manage orders. The initiative focused on increasing customer adoption and establishing the platform as a central digital touchpoint.
I led the creative strategy and execution for post-launch marketing, developing campaigns to drive customer sign-ups and engagement. My work included in-platform visuals and ongoing marketing support across email, social media, and promotional materials.
